Data we collect
When you use the contact form we store name, email, phone (if provided), and message to handle your enquiry. Technical logs at our host (e.g. IP, timestamp, user agent) may be processed for operations and security.
Contact form
Submissions are sent via our web server to an automation service (Microsoft Azure Logic Apps) and then to us. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6.1 a). You may withdraw consent by emailing gdpr@clearweb.se. Data is kept as long as needed for the matter and as required by law.
Cookies
Necessary cookies store your cookie preferences. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics / Google tag) are set only if you accept Analytics in our banner. You can change your choice anytime via Cookie settings in the footer.
Google Analytics
If you accept analytics we use the Google tag for usage statistics. We aim to anonymize IP where supported. Google may process data outside the EU under their terms. You can refuse analytics cookies without losing core site features.
Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection under the GDPR, and may lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY). Contact gdpr@clearweb.se.
